This invention provides a grow light apparatus, which is applied electrical power by a power supply coupled to a circuit board, and which is integrated with extended point source of light-emitting diodes. The grow light apparatus comprises at least on of LED-packaged unit and at least one of cover. The LED-packaged unit has a thermal conductive substrate, an array of LED chips coupled to the circuit board and occupying laterally an area of the thermal conductive substrate, and a single sealant covered the array of LED chips and used as a single lens. The area of the thermal conductive substrate has a longest distance less than 25 mm. The cover has a mount and a surrounding wall used as a reflector. The surrounding wall has a first opening end surrounding the single sealant and a second opening end with an aperture greater than that of the first opening end. The mount of the cover is adjacent to the first opening end of the surrounding wall.
