The present invention relates to a gas compression type needless injector, and comprises: a cylindrical-shaped spool valve which has grooves formed in an external circumference surface a valve cylinder which accommodates the spool valve such that the spool valve can slide forward and backward, and has a gas inflow passage for communicating the grooves with the outside a compressed gas supply unit which is detachably coupled to the valve cylinder and injects the compressed gas through the gas inflow passage an actuating cylinder including a chamber and a piston plug, wherein the chamber is coupled with a front portion of the valve cylinder, and thus the compressed gas flows into the chamber through the grooves when the spool valve moves forward, and wherein the piston plug is pressed and slid forward by the compressed gas in the chamber and a press button which is coupled to a rear portion of the valve cylinder and moves the spool valve forward by the pressing operation of a user.
