In various embodiments of the present invention, secondary coil can be coupled inductively to, rather than primary coil, to optimize the topology of NMR probes. In addition, being coupled to secondary coil by using the detection coil being located at below lower isolator, RF homogenieities and signal-to-noise ratio can be improved together with NMR probe topologys. Inductive coupled rather than inductive coupled to sample inductor parameter associated with NMR progress by carrying out to the inductor in more resonant circuits, probe structure can be arranged to increase RF homogenieities and signal-to-noise ratio, while reduce space utilization limitation. In various embodiments of the present invention, it can use and be coupled inductively to the resonator of secondary coil the holotype in the secondary coil is split into two modes.
