Invention herewith described refers to the method and the apparatus for the detection and the quantification of the turbulent fluctuations in arterial pressure, more particularly to the turbulent pressure fluctuations in the coronary arteries in which process the method comprises the following steps: positioning of the probe (5) for blood pressure measuring which is mounted on the distal end of the guide wire (6) in the region of interest in a particular artery (4), causing the steady-state hyperemia, the arterial pressure reading from the probe (5) using a device with a high frequency sampling and a device for the recorded data (8) analysis with the procedures that allow the detection and the quantification of blood pressure fluctuations caused by the non-laminar blood flow.Ovaj pronalazak se odnosi na postupak i uređaj za detekciju i kvantifikaciju turbulentnih fluktuacija arterijskog krvnog pritiska, specifično na turbulentne fluktuacije pritiska u koronarnim arterijama, pri čemu postupak uključuje sledeće korake: pozicioniranje sonde (5) za merenje pritiska koja se nalazi na distalnom kraju žice vodiča (6) u regiju od interesa u određenoj arteriji (4), izazivanje ustaljenog stanja hiperemije, očitavanje vrednosti arterijskog pritiska sa sonde (5) pomoću uređaja sa visokom frekvencom uzorkovanja i uređaja za analizu snimljenih podataka (8) postupcima koje omogućavaju detekciju i kvantifikaciju fluktuacija pritiska uzrokovanu nelaminarnim protokom krvi.
