PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic composition having excellent impartment of a glossy feeling to hair, particularly damaged hair, excellent slipperiness during washing and rinsing and excellent combing properties and settled feeling after drying.SOLUTION: The hair cosmetic composition comprises 0.05-10 wt.% of (A) an amino group-containing spherical silicone microparticles obtained by treating the surface of spherical silicone microparticles composed of a polyorganosilsesquioxane having average unit formula: (R1SiO3/2)m(R2SiO3/2)n [wherein, R1 represents a phenyl group or a phenethyl group R2 represents a 1-6C monovalent alkyl group m and n are each a positive number and m/n is (1/10) to (10/1)] and &ge1.45 refractive index with an amino group-containing organosilicon compound and/or a hydrolyzate condensate thereof.
