A idéia é que o artefato fique o mais próximo possível de um cigarro em seu aspecto, textura, tamanho e peso. A palha plástica é reponsável por tornar viável não só a semelhança visual, mas também a simulação de uma tragada, trazendo alívio ao usuário na síndrome de abstinência psicológica e evitando sua recaída.
