A cart for transporting and conveying agricultural materials is provided. Thecart includes aframe a set of wheels or tracks coupled with said frame and a hitch assemblycoupled with saidframe to allow the cart to be towed on the wheels or tracks behind a towvehicle. The cartfurther includes a hopper defined by a plurality of walls supported by theframe and having ahopper opening to receive agricultural material and a discharge opening fordischargingagricultural material. The cart further includes a conveyor assembly coupledto the hopper, theconveyor assembly including an inlet in communication with the dischargeopening to receiveagricultural material therefrom and an outlet to discharge agriculturalmaterial. The conveyorassembly includes a lower conveyor section and an upper conveyor section. Thelower conveyorsection includes a lower conveyor housing and a lower conveyor extendingwithin the lowerconveyor housing and the upper conveyor section including an upper conveyorhousing and anupper conveyor extending within the upper conveyor housing. The upper conveyorsection ispivotable about a second tilt axis located between said lower and upperconveyor sections andpositioned at an acute angle from vertical.
