PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and reliably stop bleeding generated from a tissue site during a surgical operation.SOLUTION: An endoscope puncture device 1 includes an outer tube 2 that can be inserted into a channel of an endoscope, an inner tube 3 inserted advanceably/retractably into the outer tube 2, an injection needle 4 fixed to the tip of the inner tube 3 and provided so as to protrude from/recede into the tip opening of the outer tube 2, and a balloon 5 provided over the whole circumference of the tip outer peripheral surface of the outer tube 2 so as to be expandable to the radial direction outer part and ahead of the tip surface 2a of the outer tube 2. The outer tube 2 is composed of a multi-lumen tube including a first inner hole into which the inner tube 3 is inserted, and a second inner hole for supplying fluid in the balloon 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
