The present invention relates to methods and pharmaceutical compositions for treating cancer. In particular, the present invention relates to a compound selected from the group consisting of gamma-hydroxybutyrate (GHB), GHB derivatives, and GHB structurally-related compounds thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof for use in the treatment of cancer in a subject in need thereof.Cette invention concerne des méthodes et des compositions pharmaceutiques pour traiter le cancer.
