(57)< Abstract > The coating formation device which forms coating in the mass nucleus, is improved and the coating formation method of being improved are disclosed. The coating formation device which is improved the temperature sensor in order to measure the surface temperature of the nucleus which was covered and/or has the moisture sensor in order to measure the water content of the surface of the nucleus which was covered. The method of being improved measures the surface temperature of the mass nucleus which was covered making use of the temperature sensor, until the process which makes the nucleus dry which was covered by adjusting the temperature of the gas for drying in order to maintain in the temperature which surface temperature of the nucleus which was covered beforehand is decided, and, water content of the surface of the nucleus which was covered, the water approximately 0 weight % approximately 30 weight % becomes empty the process which makes the nucleus dry which was covered is included.
