FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: patients findings obtained by a spiral computed tomography, a projection of a bone resection and a pathological lesion in periapical tissues are planned on the 3D skull model. Taking into account a size and shape of the pathological lesion and an individual adaptation to bone tissue and/or teeth contours in its projection, a template is modelled individually adapted to the bone tissue and/or teeth contours. The model is transformed in a STL format, and the template is made by laser stereolithography with individual adaptation to the bone tissue and/or teeth contours it has a window having a size and shape corresponding to the pathological lesion in its projection. A surgical area is processed. A mucous membrane, a submucousal layer, a periosteum are incised a mucoperiosteal flap is folded back within the pathological lesion. A sterile adapter made of an elastic material is applied on a dental tissue and/or teeth. The template made by laser stereolithography with individual adaptation to the bone tissue and/or teeth contours and having the window with the size and shape corresponding to the pathological lesion in its projection is placed on the adapter. The bone and pathological lesion are resected within the window perimeter of the template shaped after its individual shape. The adapter and template are removed.
