PURPOSE: A composition containing flavonoid for preventing alcoholic liver diseases is provided to reduce a bitter taste and to produce a pharmaceutical composition and a food composition. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating alcoholic liver diseases contains flavonoid-hyrolyzed flavonoid derivatives. The flavonoid derivative is hesperetin-7-O-glucoside, naringenin-7-O-glucoside, or a mixture thereof. Flavonoid includes heperidin, hesperetin, naringin, or naringenin. The mass ratio of the hesperetin-7-O-glucoside and naringenin-7-O-glucoside is 4:1. A food composition for preventing and treating alcoholic liver diseases contains the flavonoid-hydrolyzed flavonoid derivative.본 발명은 플라보노이드를 함유하는 알코올성 간질환 예방용 조성물에 관한 것으로서 좀 더 자세하게는 글리코사이드(glycoside)를 글리코실화(glycosylation) 및 가수분해 처리하여 플라보노이드 유도체를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 의한 알코올성 간질환 예방 조성물은 고순도로 추출하여 나리루틴의 쓴맛을 저감시키고 헤스페리딘의 수용성이 증가된 알코올성 간질환 예방 약학조성물 및 식품조성물을 제공할 수 있다.
