Thus, provided are effects capable of remotely checking a situation regarding the transfer of a patient and remotely making an emergency prescription in an emergency even if a medical team does not exist at the accident site, and monitoring the patient and remotely guiding medical treatment in real-time.본 발명은 이동식 무선보안 화상의료장치를 이용한 원격 진료 시스템에 관한 것으로, 실내 또는 실외의 특정 장소로 이동 가능하게 구비되며, 적어도 하나의 전자식 의료기기 및 영상획득모듈과 연결되어 피검자의 생체정보 및 영상정보를 획득하여 기 설정된 장치 및 피검자 고유식별정보와 함께 무선으로 전송하는 적어도 하나의 이동식 무선보안 화상의료장치와, 각 이동식 무선보안 화상의료장치와 이동 통신망을 통해 연결되며, 각 이동식 무선보안 화상의료장치로부터 전송된 피검자의 생체정보 및 영상정보와 함께 장치 및 피검자 고유식별정보를 제공받아 이를 기반으로 피검자별 및 장치별 피검자의 생체정보 및 영상정보를 데이터베이스(DB)화하여 저장 및 관리함과 아울러 피검자의 진료정보 데이터를 생성하여 해당 이동식 무선보안 화상의료장치로 무선 전송하는 원격 진료서버를 포함함으로써, 환자 후송시 상태파악 및 위급상황시 의료진이 사고장소에 없더라도 원격으로 긴급 처방할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 환자의 실시간 모니터링 및 원격 진료지도를 가능하게 수행할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
