The present invention belongs to the field of tissue engineering and specifically relates to a method for obtaining three-dimensional structures for tissue engineering and to the structures obtained by said method. The invention also relates to an ex vivo method for regenerating a tissue using the three-dimensional structures of the invention and to the use of the structures thus treated for their transplanting to the area to be regenerated of the patient.
