Specifically, the compositions comprise a magnesium mineral, vitamin D and at least one botanical component, in amounts such that the supplement is effective for preventing, alleviating and/or treating a child, teen or adult subject with ADD/ADHD and related disorders or one or more symptoms associated with ADD/ADHD and related disorders.
