The present invention relates to substituted macrocylic pyrimidine derivatives of Formula (I) wherein the variables have the meaning defined in the claims. The compounds according to the present invention have EF2K inhibitory activity and optionally also Vps34 inhibitory activity. The invention further relates to processes for preparing such novel compounds, pharmaceutical compositions comprising said compounds as an active ingredient as well as the use of said compounds as a medicament.Даний винахід стосується заміщених макроциклічних похідних піримідину формули (І) , (І) де змінні мають значення, визначені у формулі винаходу. Сполуки згідно з даним винаходом мають ЕР2K-інгібуючу активність і необовязково також Vps34-iнгібуючу активність. Даний винахід, крім того, стосується способів одержання таких нових сполук, фармацевтичних композицій, що містять вказані сполуки як активний інгредієнт, а також застосування вказаних сполук як лікарського препарату.
