A hopping wireless medical caring and monitoring system, which is an ANT multiple nodes hopping network, includes at least one hopping node, at least one physical status measuring apparatus, a server and at least one user-end apparatus. The server communicates with the at least one user-end apparatus via the ANT network. The user-end apparatus reads a medical measurement result from the physical status measuring apparatus and transmits the results to the server via the ANT network.
