PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lure 1 capable of achieving a proper underwater posture and action on and after making a splashdown without sacrificing a flying distance.SOLUTION: A lure 1 includes a hollow body 2 having a head 12 at the front and a tail 14 at the rear, a weight 16 accommodated in the body 2 so as to move in a longitudinal direction, and a compression coil spring 18 incorporated in the body 2 for energizing the weight 16 frontward. When W represents the weight of the weight 16, and F represents the maximum energization force of the compression coil spring 18 in the body 2, the ratio F/W of the maximum energization force F to the weight W is 1.0-4.0.
