FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: method comprises the predecessor harvesting, stubble ploughing and milling crop residues of the predecessor, fertilization before the main soil treatment, plowing with soil overturning, the cover harrowing to level the field relief and suppression of cold-resistant weeds, two cultivations, preparation of seeds for sowing, sowing, crop tending. The stubble ploughing and milling crop residues of the predecessor are performed using the disc harrows with a vertical cutting edge, preventing the soil overturning and reducing the moisture loss. Fertilizer application is carried out with a unit ensuring their uniform distribution on the soil surface with simultaneous embedding to a depth of 3-4 cm, plowing with soil overturning to a depth of 45 cm, with a subsoiler and feeding under the working body of the subsoiler of fertilizers, ameliorants or livestock wastes. The coating harrowing is performed using disc harrows with vertical cutting edge of the disc. The first cultivation is performed to a depth of 12-15 cm, the second pre-sowing cultivation is performed to a depth of 8-10 cm. Preparation of seeds for sowing includes soaking of seeds in the anolyte - the electro-activated water with redox potential of +700÷+800 mV for 0.25-0.5 hours at the temperature of +20÷+25°C. After drying, the seeds are soaked in the catholyte with the redox potential of -500÷-600 mV for 1-2 hours at a temperature of 20-25°C and placed for germination. Sowing is carried out when pipping the sprouts with catholyte, using the sowing device providing dotted-cluster sowing according to the scheme 2.8×2.1 2.1×2.1, providing an optimum nutrition area. The crop tending includes the first inter-row cultivation with the appearance of seedlings at a depth of 16-18 cm, the second inter-row cultivation with the appearance of true leaves to a depth of 10-12 cm. The third cultivation is performed with the emergence of weeds to a depth of 8-10 cm, for control of diseases and pests
