A new and distinct cultivar of Chrysanthemum plant named ‘；DLFSCO1’；, characterized by its upright plant habit； vigorous growth habit； dark green-colored leaves； uniform and freely flowering habit； strong upright flowering stems with numerous inflorescences； relatively small decorative pompon-type inflorescences with bright green to white-colored ray florets； and excellent postproduction longevity.
