PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article which has low skin irritation, excellent in absorption performance, which has low reversion property and gentle on the skin.SOLUTION: An absorbent article comprises: a liquid permeable top sheet； a liquid impermeable back sheet； and an absorber arranged between the top sheet and the back sheet. A second sheet is arranged between the top sheet and the absorber, and the top sheet has no embossment pattern.
