The invention relates to a massage head which comprises a housing forming an inner chamber defined by a bottom, two side walls and two transverse walls, and open on the surface thereof opposite the bottom, inside of which a skin fold is formed when the head is applied to the skin of a patient. The head is made up of two modules (50, 51) provided with means capable of allowing them to reversibly be rigidly connected to one another.
