The present invention relates to a dosage form of an external skin formulation of tacrolimus, which is a poorly watersoluble drug used in a second therapeutic agent for atopic dermatitis and, more specifically, to a composition of a hydrophilic gel formulation for an external skin having an enhanced skin delivery function of tacrolimus and a producing method. The hydrophilic gel formulation for an external skin having tacrolimus is a practical dosage form having excellent moisturizing ability which can be easily produced, has excellent spreadability and has improved drug delivery, skin permeability and skin residual capacity when applied to the skin, compared to conventional ointments, and thus can be usefully used for the treatment of atopic dermatitis and other immune diseases.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016본 발명은 아토피 피부염의 2차 치료제로 사용되는 난용성 약물인 타크로리무스의 피부 외용제의 제형에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 타크로리무스의 피부투과능을 증진시킨 친수성 외용 겔 제제의 조성 및 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 타크로리무스를 탑재한 친수성 외용 겔 제제는 쉽게 제조할 수 있는 수분 보습능력이 뛰어난 실용적인 제형으로 기존의 연고제에 비해 피부 도포시 전연성이 우수하고 향상된 약물전달과 피부 투과능, 피부 잔류 능력을 가짐으로써 아토피 피부염 및 기타 면역 질환의 치료에 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
