The present invention relates to a seat plate for chair enabling seat posture information to be distinguished, and a method of distinguishing seat posture information using the same. The present invention is provided with a pressure sensing portion having a plurality of pressure sensors in a cushioning portion where a user sits so as to sense the posture of the user sitting, thereby discriminating whether the posture of the user sitting on the cushioning portion is right or bad so as to guide the user to take a correct posture. Accordingly, the present invention is able to prevent diseases such as a disc or a muscle pain occurring when a user sits in a bad posture, to increase the marketability of a chair, and in addition, to greatly improve a satisfaction level of the user when in use.본 발명은 착석자세 정보 판별이 가능한 의자용 좌판 및 이를 이용한 착석자세 정보 판별 방법에 관한 것으로 사용자가 앉는 쿠션부에 복수의 압력감지센서를 포함하여 사용자의 앉는 자세를 감지할 수 있도록 하는 압력감지부를 구비하여 쿠션부에 앉는 사용자의 착석자세가 올바른 자세인지 나쁜 자세를 판별하여 올바른 자세를 취할 수 있도록 안내함으로써 나쁜자세로 착석 시 발생되는 디스크, 근육통 등의 질병을 예방하며 의자의 상품성을 증대시키고, 사용 시 사용자의 만족도를 크게 향상시킨다.
