PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of condensed milk.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a field of milk products, particularly to a manufacturing method of condensed milk. The method includes the steps of: blending raw material condensed milk with water under a vacuum condition of -0.01 to -0.6 bar so as to make condensed milk emulsion and sterilizing the condensed milk emulsion at 110 to 120°C for 300 to 800 seconds so as to obtain a condensed milk product through post treatment. The condensed milk raw material may be a milk product or a mixture of a milk product and an auxiliary material allowable as food. The manufacturing method of condensed milk simplifies operation steps and shortens production time, suitable for industrial production. Each of the physicochemical properties and the microbe properties of the condensed milk manufactured by the method all satisfy the national standard.
