Die Erfindung betrifft kosmetische Reinigungsmittel, die in einem kosmetischen Träger a) mindestens ein Polysiloxan der folgenden Formel (I) in der - R1 bis R5 unabhängig voneinander einen Rest aus der Gruppe Alkyl, Aryl oder Alkylaryl mit 1 bis 30 C-Atomen bedeuten, - R6 einen Rest bedeutet, der mindestens eine quaternäre Ammoniumgruppe trägt, - x eine Zahl im Bereich von 2 bis 200 bedeutet, und b) mindestens zwei amphotere und/oder zwitterionische Tenside aus den Gruppen der folgenden Formeln (i) bis (v) enthält, in denen der Rest R jeweils für einen geradkettigen oder verzweigten, gesättigten oder ein- bzw. mehrfach ungesättigten Alkyl- oder Alkenlyrest mit 8 bis 24 Kohlenstoffatomen steht, (i), (ii), (iii), (iv), (v), mit der Maßgabe, dass Tenside aus mindestens zwei der Gruppen (i) bis (v) in dem Mittel enthalten sind.
