Die Erfindung betrifft ein Mittel zur Prävention und Therapie hormonsensibler Tumorgewebe, insbesondere zur Verhinderung bzw. der Hemmung von Mammakarzinomen oder Prostatakarzinomen. Das erfindungsgemäße Mittel ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es Steriodhormone und Aromatasehemmer umfasst. Bevorzugt handelt es sich dabei um eine Dreierkombination der Steroidhormone Estriol (E3), Progesteron und Testosteron und einem Aromatasehemmer. Ein weiterer Gegenstand der Erfindung ist die Verwendung des erfindungsgemäßen Mittels zur Herstellung eines Arzneimittels zur Prävention und Therapie von hormonsensiblen Tumoren, vorzugsweise des Mammakarzinoms oder des Prostatakarzinoms.
