PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical traction machine in which a compact weight is handled integrally with a pulley.SOLUTION: A rotary axis 14 is freely turnably arranged in a traction machine body 12. A reel 17 is arranged integrally with the rotary axis 14, one string body 21 is wound by the reel 17, and a towed part of a person to be treated is towed by the distal end of the string body 21 pulled out from the reel 17. The pulley 31 with a winding drum 34 larger in diameter than the reel 17 is integrally attached to the rotary axis 14 and turned integrally with the reel 17. The other string body 35 is wound around the pulley 31 in a direction to give tension to the one string body 21, and then, the weight 36 is connected to the distal end of the other string body 35.
