A high pressure bone cement delivery device includes a delivery adapter having an input port, an output port and cavity having bone cement disposed therein. A pressure intensifier is coupled to the delivery adapter and includes a first chamber containing a gas, a second chamber containing a fluid. The pressure intensifier includes a piston having a first end movably disposed within the first chamber and a second end movably disposed in the second chamber. The pressure intensifier includes a second output port in communication with the second chamber and the input port. The first end of the piston includes a first end surface having a first surface area and the second end of the piston comprises a second end surface having a second surface area that is less than the first surface area.
