Disclosed is (a) a composition comprising nanoparticles comprising a taxane and albumin (b) a platinum-based agent and (c) of an antimetabolite for use in treating bladder cancer. Further disclosed is a composition comprising nanoparticles comprising a taxane and an albumin in the manufacture of a medicament to treat non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer in an individual in need thereof, wherein the medicament is in a form for intravesicular administration, wherein the medicament is in a form for administration at the dose of about 100 mg to about 600 mg. An example of the platinum-based agent is carboplatin. An example of the antimetabolite is gemcitabine. An example of the taxane is paclitaxel.
