An embodiment provides a sensor which includes a heartbeat sensor for sensing a heartbeat of a human body spaced apart from the sensor to generate an output signal； and a wireless processing unit for processing an operating signal for the output signal of the heartbeat sensor to output the processed signal through a wireless network, and determines whether the human body sleeps according to the heartbeat of the human body.
