To provide a dialysate supply and discharge device which increases a degree of accuracy of an amount of removed water by minimizing expansion of a coupling by a pressure without special control using an additional device.SOLUTION: A chamber type dialysate supply and discharge device includes a flexible chamber film having a spherical swelling part whose swelling direction is invertible and a pair of chamber pieces 9a disposed on both surface sides of the chamber film and provided with a spherical recessed part corresponding to the spherical swelling part, and the spherical recessed parts of the pair of the chamber pieces are disposed to face each other to form a film operation space in which the swelling direction of the spherical swelling part of the chamber film is invertible in the inside. A liquid supply port 39a facing the film operation space and a liquid discharge port 40a, 40b, 42a, 42b with respect to the film operation space are respectively provided on the chamber pieces.
