<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide magnetic shield equipment of low cost and easy control, which exhibits magnetic shield effect against the magnetic noise of wide band by employing the magnetic shield of both passive method and active method. <；P>；SOLUTION: A magnetic sensor 14 is provided inside a magnetic shield space V covered with a magnetic shield wall 12, and a coil 16 is provided outside the magnetic shield wall 12. The magnetic field intensity of magnetic noises within the magnetic shield space V is measured with the magnetic sensor 14. Based on the reference signal outputted from the magnetic sensor 14, the signal in which a low-frequency opposite phase signal P<；SB>；2<；/SB>；and a phase adjustment signal Q<；SB>；5<；/SB>；are synthesized by a control means 18 is converted into a current and is made to flow on the coil 16.
