The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating immune diseases by suppressing B cell activities which are induced by metformin and, more specifically, to a composition for preventing or treating immune diseases, which includes a metformin compound or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. The composition suppresses or reduces activities of etiological B cells.
