The Ganoderma lucidum coffee of this invention is made from the various Chinese medicines and mushroom Ganoderma Lucidum by refining extraction and finally mixed with coffee powder. This Ganoderma Lucidum coffee has positive health effect made by mushroom Ganoderma Lucidum and also provides a rich flavor of coffee. Compared with the Ganoderma Lucidum coffee made by existing technology, the Ganoderma Lucidum of this invention gives comparatively less bitter taste.
