The present invention relates to an endoscope device. More particularly, an endoscope device comprises； an image obtaining module (110) which obtains an inner image of a body (10)； and a distance measuring module (120) which measures the distance between the endoscope device (100) and an inner lesion (11) of the body. According to the endoscope device including the distance measuring module, a lesion size measuring system using the same, and a method thereof suggested by the present invention, the actual size of a lesion can be drawn accurately by forming the endoscope device with the image obtaining module obtaining the inner image of the body, and the distance measuring module measuring the distance between the endoscope device and the inner lesion of the body.본 발명은 내시경 장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 신체 내부(10) 영상을 획득하기 위한 영상 획득 모듈(110)； 및 상기 내시경 장치(100)와 신체 내부 병변(11) 사이의 거리를 측정하는 거리 측정 모듈(120)을 포함하는 것을 그 구성상의 특징으로 한다.본 발명에서 제안하고 있는 거리 측정 모듈을 포함하는 내시경 장치, 이를 이용한 병변 크기 측정 시스템 및 방법에 따르면, 내시경 장치를, 신체 내부 영상을 획득하기 위한 영상 획득 모듈 및 내시경 장치와 신체 내부 병변 사이의 거리를 측정하는 거리 측정 모듈로 구성함으로써, 병변의 실제 크기를 정확하게 도출할 수 있다.
