PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid transporting system provided with a fluid transporting apparatus (pump) where a discharging quantity of a fluid can be set and adjusted freely, and which is waterproof and achieves miniaturization.SOLUTION: The fluid transporting system 10 is provided with the fluid transporting apparatus 50, a PC 20 and communication equipment 30. The fluid transporting apparatus 50 houses: a pump unit 61 which presses a flexible tube and transports the fluid a driving control circuit 57 for performing driving control of the pump unit 61 a communication part provided with an antenna 51, a reception control circuit 54 and a transmission control circuit 55 for inputting or outputting at least desired driving condition data or driving situation data of the pump unit and a battery 58. The PC 20 is provided with: an operation part 21 for inputting a desired driving condition to the fluid transporting apparatus 50 and a display part 22 for displaying at least the driving condition data or the driving situation data.
