The present invention relates to a salt powder spraying device and, more specifically, to a salt powder spraying device, which comprises: a salt powder storage container (10) for storing micronized salt powder; a salt transfer unit (20) for receiving the salt powder discharged from a lower portion of the salt powder storage container (10) and transferring the salt powder at a predetermined distance; a salt powder dispersing container (30) connected to an end of the salt transfer unit (20) to be provided, and provided on one side of the salt powder storage container (10) to receive the salt powder at one side of the inside thereof; a grinding blade (32) provided to be rotatable at a lower end of the inside of the salt powder dispersing container (30) to crush and disperse solidified salt powder by applying impact to the salt powder which is input through the salt transfer unit (20); a rotary wing (34) which is coupled to a central rotation axis of the grinding blade (32) so that salt particles, formed in a particulate state by the impact caused by the rotation of the grinding blade (32) and the friction with an inner wall of the salt powder dispersing container (30), rises up in an upward direction of the inside of the salt powder dispersing container (30), and induces blowing in an upward direction while rotating toward the upward direction with the rotation of the grinding blade (32); a salt particle spray means (40) penetrating to the outside from an upper portion of the salt powder dispersing container (30) to discharge, to the outside, the salt particles raised to the upper portion of the salt powder dispersing container (30) by the rotation of the rotary wing (34); and a controller (50) for controlling the discharge amount of the salt powder discharged to the salt transfer unit, the rotational speed of the grinding blade and the rotary wing, and the air blowing amount of the salt particle spray means.
