The invention relates to a contraceptive male undergarment (SV) comprising, on a front face, an opening (O) for extraction of the penis and scrotum and at least two longitudinal elastic strips for holding (M1, M2) the testicles at the inlet of the inguinal canals, located on either side of said opening (O), each being intended to exert a pressure, respectively on a left inguinal canal and a right inguinal canal, the undergarment characterised in that it further comprises, at the crotch (EJ), a longitudinal strip for complementary holding, termed the scrotal strip (BS), of which a first end is located at said opening (O) and a second end is globally located in the middle of the crotch (EJ).
