An internal combustion engine comprises a cooling water circulating pump, a cooling water radiator(101), an exhaust gas branch pipe, an exhaust gas discharging selection damper and a burned air sucking pipe. A generator(103) is equipped in a driving axis in the internal combustion engine for heat and light. A blower(104) moves heat and carbonic acid gas to a warm room. A discharging duct(302) discharges the heat and the carbonic acid gas to the corner of the warm room. A temperature sensor(201), a carbonic acid gas sensor(202) are equipped in the warm room.
