The present invention relates to a cell-microsphere aggregate which comprises (a) a plurality of biocompatible microspheres (The microspheres has a ligand having a bonding ability to an acceptor protein existing on the surface of cells be attached on the surface)； and (b) a plurality of cells having an acceptor protein having a bonding ability for a ligand exist on the surface, wherein the cells and the microspheres are shear reversibly bonded by interaction of the acceptor protein and the ligand. The composition of the present invention is used to deliver cells to an object by a minimum invasion method.본 발명은 (a) 생체적합성 복수의 마이크로스피어(a plurality of microspheres)(상기 마이크로스피어는 세포 표면에 존재하는 수용체 단백질에 대하여 결합능을 갖는 리간드가 그의 표면에 부착되어 있다)； 및 (b) 상기 리간드에 대하여 결합능을 갖는 수용체 단백질이 표면에 존재하는 복수의 세포(a plurality of cells)를 포함하고, 상기 세포 및 마이크로스피어는 상기 수용체 단백질과 리간드의 상호 작용에 의해 전단 가역적으로 결합되어 있는 세포-마이크로스피어 집합체(aggregate)에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 조성물을 사용함으로써 최소 침습적인 방법으로 대상에 세포를 전달할 수 있다.
