PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article which can be easily deformed into a boat-shape during wearing, and has excellent leakage prevention performance.SOLUTION: An absorbent article 1 comprises: a front sheet 12 formed of a composite sheet a rear sheet 13 and an absorber 14 disposed between both sheets. The composite sheet 10 comprises a first direction X in an article longitudinal direction and a second direction Y in an article width direction, and laminated first sheet 1 and second sheet 2 are partially bonded so that plural joint parts are formed. The first sheet 1 comprises salient parts which project toward a direction of separating from the second sheet 2 on positions other than the joint parts, and project to a skin side of a wearer. The composite sheet 10 comprises a center area M and a pair of side areas S, S in which salient parts are formed of mutually different patterns.
