The present invention is to provide a mattress for allowing a user to change leaning positions and preventing bed sores. The mattress: does not generates local pressure for a long time and thus prevents bedsores by forming a plurality of airbags on an upper surface thereof, alternatively injecting air thereinto, and thus alternatively applying the pressure to a human body and prevents the bedsores which can be generated when a stroke patient or an old person who cannot freely move around is in a bed-ridden state for a long time, and thus allows the stroke patient or the old person to change leaning positions by alternatively injecting air into different airbags which have different diameters and are horizontally partitioned on a lower surface thereof, making the body of a user to be horizontally inclined, and continuously disposing and connecting the airbags to respectively and alternatively float the upper, middle, and lower parts of the human body.
