A rat poison bait composition made of a fibrous substance includes vegetable fibers in a powder form and mixed with fat, a feeding attractant, and a bonding agent according to a mixture ratio to be subsequent disposed into a band-form mixer for sufficient mixture. The mixture is then heated with steam for modification and is then added with water and compressed and shaped, followed by being cut into multiple rat poison bait pellets. The bonding agent comprises starch, dextrin, and calcium lignosulfonate. The vegetable fibers comprise corn ears in a powder form, sugarcane bagasse in a powder form, or extracts of other vegetable fibers.
