The present invention is in general directed towards the field of oral and dental healthcare and in particular directed towards a new and novel calibrated toothpaste dispensing portable toothbrush with a paste dispensing mechanism which is regulated and synchronized, so as to provide a simple, portable and an easy to use calibrated dispensing toothbrush for brushing teeth. Additionally, the invention is also directed towards inserting a toothpick carrying option in such a calibrated portable toothbrush. The calibrated portable toothbrush as arrayed in the present invention also contains a mechanism for the mechanical refilling of the brushing media.
