The present invention discloses a method for rapid high yield purification of Neisseria meningitidis serogroup X capsular polysaccharide. The capsular polysaccharide of the invention can be used to produce economical monovalent capsular polysaccharides or polysaccharide protein conjugate vaccines or multivalent combination vaccines as well as diagnostic tools for meningococcal serogroup X infection. The method uses simple salts and small amounts of ethanol. The method is fast, economical and scalable with high yield of purified polysaccharides of Neisseria meningitidis serogroup X.본 발명은 나이세리아 메닌지티디스 혈청군 X 캡슐 다당류의 급속 고수율 정제 방법을 개시한다. 본 발명의 캡슐 다당류는 경제적인 1가 캡슐 다당류 또는 다당류 단백질 접합체 백신 또는 다가 조합 백신 뿐만 아니라 수막구균성 혈청군 X 감염에 대한 진단 도구를 생산하는데 사용될 수 있다. 상기 방법은 간단한 염과 적은 양의 에탄올을 사용한다. 상기 방법은 나이세리아 메닌지티디스 혈청군 X의 정제된 다당류의 높은 수율과 더불어 빠르고, 경제적이며, 규모확대가능하다.
