PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently subject the part in contact with a sample while being assembled with a rotor to sterilization treatment.
SOLUTION: In the centrifugal separation where a sample is fed from a sample line into the rotor of a rotary device part 10, the rotor is rotationally driven in a rotor chamber so as to subject the sample to centrifugal separation, and the centrifugally separated sample is exhausted from the rotor through the sample line, a vacuum pump of decompressing the rotor chamber is provided, and the rotor chamber is decompressed by the vacuum pump when steam for sterilization is made to flow through the rotor.
