PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmic device adapted for single use and change of a medicament and suited for administration of the medicament.SOLUTION: A medicament administration assist tool 10 includes an upper eyelid mount portion 72 which, when mounted, is located on the rear side of an upper eyelid and mountable on the eyeball, and the upper eyelid mount portion 72 has a pool 19a in the form of a through-hole formed therein that includes an aperture into which a medicament flowing on a surface of the eyeball can flow and an inner space which can store the medicament. The aperture of the pool 19a, when the medicament administration assist tool is mounted, is closed by an upper eyelid conjunctiva 26a and the surface of the eyeball which serve as a lid. At the center of a lower side of the upper eyelid mount portion 72 is formed a flow channel 17a in a face direction which guides the medicament from the pool 19a to the aperture.
