PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granule scattering device for keeping the delivery quantity and the application amount of granules from a delivery body constant by cleaning the delivery body with cleaning means, and an agriculture implement having the granule scattering device.SOLUTION: A delivery part is arranged with a delivery body for delivering granules at constant quantity. A delivery body drive motor for driving the delivery body is interlocked with the delivery body. The delivery body drive motor is connected to the output side of control means for controlling drive operation thereof so as to drive cleaning means for cleaning the delivery body through the control means.
