An endoscopic device of the invention includes a handle, a suction/irrigation tube, and a first button. The handle has a chamber. A part of the suction/irrigation tube extends into the chamber. The first button is disposed on the handle and connected to the part of the suction/irrigation tube inside the chamber. The first button moves between a stationary, a first operation position, and a second operation position. The suction/irrigation tube is retractable relative to the handle along an axis of the suction/irrigation tube when the first button moves from the stationary position or the second operation position to the first operation position.
